The company, which was founded in 2009, and has offices in Manchester, Basingstoke, Southampton, and Portsmouth, has received minority growth capital investment from Bridgepoint Development Capital. They plan to use the capital injection for business development and to open new offices. Hiring should be expected across insurance, office support, and technology roles. French insurtech, Luko, looks to expand into UK markets 

After their success in France, the insurtech firm sees the launch in the UK as their next step in their business strategy. Following their $22m funding round in November 2019, they are looking to expand into news markets, and hiring is expected in insurance, compliance, and technology roles to facilitate this. Talentticker have scored this as 56, meaning there is a good chance of hiring.

Lloyds of London hires Louise Smith as Chief Digital Officer

The centuries-old institution announced that they have appointed Louise Smith as their new Chief Digital Officer. This is another step in their 2019 ‘Future of Lloyds’ project that seeks to digitally transform their global insurance marketplace, and therefore hiring can be expected in technology roles such as software engineering, data science, and business intelligence.
